How to reduce the Anxiety level in women who go for Mammography test?
Design Project 3 in 2nd year Masters at NID | 2015

A mammogram is an x-ray picture of the breast. It can be used to check for breast cancer in women who have no signs or symptoms of the disease. There has been a rise in the awareness about breast cancer in general. But there is a kind of fear and ignorance regarding the procedure and importance of mammogram. This project aims at providing accurate information necessary at that stage to help them take a proper decision and not assume the worst
The waiting period for the report is when the anxiety level of the patients and the relatives is at a peak mainly because of the lack of relevant information and no proper guidance.
